Phil Griffiths is co-founder and Managing Director of Business Risk Management Ltd

A Chartered Accountant, and an Associate of the Institute of Internal Auditors, he has over 35 years' experience in internal audit, risk management and fraud prevention and detection as practitioner, professional adviser, facilitator and trainer. He has held top management positions with 3 international Groups, in roles embracing Internal Audit, finance, project management and risk management.

Phil is regarded as one of the world’s leading experts in the fields of Internal Audit and enterprise risk management

Phil has led risk management programmes for many private and public sector clients in the UK to include facilitated workshops, development of risk strategies and assistance with implementation

He has developed and delivered regular training courses on risk management, fraud prevention and investigation and best practice internal audit across the world.

He has extensive experience of the Middle Eastern market having worked with over 500 organisations in the UAE, Oman, Lebanon, Qatar, Bahrain Saudi Arabia and Kuwait during the past 12 years and worked with all major sectors.

He has significant knowledge of the Far Eastern market having worked with over 200 organisations in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, the Philippines, Thailand, China and Indonesia during the past 10 years

Phil worked for more than 15 years in the Construction sector and has extensive experience of managing and auditing major International projects. He has also direct experience of negotiating major contracts (including the largest mobile telecommunications contract in the world at the time of negotiation)

Margaret Griffiths is co-founder and Finance Director of Business Risk Management Ltd.

A Chartered Accountant, she has over 35 years' experience in accountancy, business process improvement and general management. She has provided professional advice to a wide variety of organisations across all industrial and commercial sectors.

Her specialisms are:-
