Course Booking Terms & Conditions
All courses/seminar bookings with Business Risk Management Ltd are
bound by the following terms and conditions. Making a booking using
the Online Booking Form, PDF Booking Form, Printable Webpage Booking
Form or
Email confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
If you are unable to attend for any reason you may send a substitute
at no extra cost.
If you are unable to arrange a substitute, and you book for the
same event when next scheduled, you will be liable for a payment
of £50 per course day (to cover venue costs etc).
If you cannot arrange a substitute and:-
- cancel more than 3 weeks prior to the event you will be liable
for a payment of £50 per course day.
- cancel between 2-3 weeks
prior to the event you will be liable for a payment of £100
per course day
- cancel between 1-2 weeks prior to the event you
will be liable for a payment of £150 per course day.
- cancel
within a week of the event full payment is due.
